Christmas is prime time for baking and sharing the love. And that includes our pooches too! There are few things I love more than baking up a storm for my Loki.

And sure, I could go out and buy her a pack of dog treats for Christmas. To be honest she usually has a bag or two tucked away under the tree. But there’s something special about going DIY and filling the home with the scents of Christmas.

These homemade Christmas dog treats would also make a great gift for the pooch/pooch lover in your life. So this week I’ve been scouring the interwebs to bring you some of my favourites. Enjoy! I can’t wait to try them for myself too.

1. Snowflake cookie dog treats

These snowflake cookies made by Pretty Fluffy are simply adorable and a doddle to make. You only need four ingredients and they’ll be ready in less than half an hour. They’d make a fabulous stocking filler for your deserving pooch this Christmas.
